CASTABLE RESINS
High-detail 3D printing materials for jewelry design and manufacturing and more. With castable resins, you can easily reproduce sharp edges, complex roundings, or small details of the surface. Regardless of whether you print 3D elements for your customers on request or make patterns for reusable molds, the following resins can be used.
Castable Wax
Castable Wax Resin can be used in jewelry, casting, or dentistry. A 20% wax-filled photopolymer, a highly accurate material. Printed patterns are so strong that no post-curing is required. Ideal for:
- casting and pressing crowns, bridges and RPDs;
- prototyping in casting;
- creating jewelry castings.
Castable Wax 40
Castable Wax 40 is a 40% wax-filled resin, which can be used in jewelry or casting. Castable Wax 40 offers easy workflow for 3D printing and casting smooth, highly detailed designs. No post-curing required. Ideal for:
- creating jewelry castings;
- prototyping in casting.
High Temp v2
A strong material. High Temp Resin has a heat deflection temperature (HDT) of 238 °C @ 0.45 MPa. Use it to print pieces for casting and thermoforming. Ideal for:
- heat resistant mounts, housings, and fixtures;
- heat resistant tools;
- prototype molds;
- vulcanized rubber molds.
